Tough Warrior Princesses
We all know people with cancer. Amesbury's Tough Warrior Princesses donates baskets and provides yoga classes for those that are afflicted, or for their families to provide the support that they need from an understanding community. That's why when I was asked by Cynthia Keefe of LamboLane to model a bra for the Bra-zaar last Saturday night at Dew Collective in Newburyport, I of course said "yes". It was on 9/6 and all the proceeds from the bras, like this one by Jevine Lane, entitled "Sol" and the other one, #26 called "Liquid Gold", as well as ticket sales and raffle tickets went to this excellent cause.
Big shout-out to Cynthia Keefe, our very own Wonder Woman, for her leadership and idea. She puts a lot of time and effort into this event, and we hope that it garnered a lot of support and money for "Tough Warrior Princesses" The beautiful photos above and the video of Cynthia are by the amazing photographer Lani Shumway who also donated her time. https://fb.watch/uuE9-24mhq/
Some more photos from behind the scenes! Thanks for asking me to be a part of this incredible event. All of the handmade bras were so creative and I really enjoyed meeting everyone. I was proud to donate this piece to the raffle to support Tough Warrior Princesses. Congrats Deb! I hope that you like "SAGA", a print, by Tina Rawson Art. She will help fight for you.
